As the Founder and Director of HindSe, I am driven by a singular mission: to empower rural women by providing them with the financial tools they need to transform their lives and communities. In India’s underserved villages and semi-urban areas, where access to credit is limited and opportunities scarce, Hindse stands as a beacon of hope. Through our microfinance initiatives, we offer women the means to start or expand small businesses, invest in education and healthcare, and achieve financial independence. Our approach goes beyond lending; we foster a sense of community and self-reliance, enabling women to become catalysts of change in their households and beyond. Every loan disbursed, every success story shared, reaffirms my belief that when women are empowered, entire communities thrive.

With over 19 years of experience in finance and technology, I specialize in building businesses from scratch, scaling distribution, and creating tech-led lending solutions that drive real-world impact. At HindSe, my goal is to democratize access to credit in India through innovation and inclusive design. I bring deep expertise in channel sales and franchise development, along with a passion for using “tech for good.” I believe in aligning people, products, and performance to turn bold visions into sustainable outcomes—while constantly unlearning and evolving along the way.
