Since 2023, we have served communities across Delhi NCR: 7,000+ women funded and ₹40 Cr+ disbursed through a lending model that is transparent, respectful and built entirely around women's realities.

As the Founder and Director of HindSe, Nainna is driven by a singular mission: to empower rural women by giving them the financial tools they need to transform their lives and communities.
In India's underserved villages and semi-urban areas, where access to credit is limited and opportunities are scarce, HindSe stands as a beacon of hope. Under her leadership, our microfinance initiatives give women the means to start or expand small businesses, invest in education and healthcare, and achieve real financial independence.
Nainna's approach goes beyond lending. She has built HindSe as a community, one that fosters self-reliance and enables women to become catalysts of change in their households and beyond. Every loan disbursed and every success story shared reaffirms her belief that empowered women build stronger nations.

With over 19 years of experience in finance and technology, Mukesh specializes in building businesses from scratch, scaling distribution, and creating tech-led lending solutions that drive real-world impact.
At HindSe, his goal is to democratize access to credit across India through innovation and inclusive design. He brings deep expertise in channel sales and franchise development, along with a passion for using "tech for good."
He believes in aligning people, products, and performance to turn bold visions into sustainable outcomes, while constantly unlearning and evolving along the way.
